Actify APM is change aware. Because we control the version of all data objects (Including CAD Files) the moment that a file changes version, all impacted tasks are identified and all task owners are made aware of the change and the need to review their work for impact. In addition, as changes spawn updates to other items, the change cascades through the entire project as needed, regardless of if the task was already considered closed.
